Inspect
We walk the basement, foundation, exterior grade, pump and crawl space. Photos, notes, no rush.
Pump systems & backups
Pump failures, undersized basins, poor discharge routing and weak storm-water capacity are some of the most common reasons basements stay wet. We design and install pump systems that actually keep up.
Common signs
These symptoms usually point to water pressure, drainage issues, pump failure, foundation movement, or moisture finding a way in. Even one or two is worth an inspection.
What we’d do
We use the inspection to recommend the right mix of drainage, pump, vapor and structural work, not a packaged solution.

We show what we found and which options make sense for your home, in plain English.

We walk you through the system and check back after the next big storm.
Questions
Warning signs include frequent cycling, lingering water in the basin, overflow during heavy rain or a pump that can’t clear the basin quickly. We measure flow during inspection.
If the basement is finished, used for storage, or has a history of storm-water issues, a backup is usually worth discussing. We’ll show you what fails first when the power goes out.
Yes. A complete water-management plan usually includes both collection channels and a properly sized sump system. They’re designed together.
